Legendary Swedish chef Erik Lallerstedt makes sauces. Great sauces. He has already made different kinds och bearnaise, aiolis and the classic Swedish sauce ”gravlaxsås” just to name a few. And in the fall of 2017, just in time for the annual seafood season it was time to release his first collection of mayonnaise.
